Can I sell tickets through the partner portal?

Absolutely, you can sell tickets for any live events on OutSavvy. If you sell via the phone or in person you can use OutSavvy to sell tickets to your customers and let the system handle all the ticketing behind the scenes.


1 Go to the Sell Tickets page

To sell tickets for an event go to the My Events screen in the top navigation and select the event you wish to sell tickets for. In the Dashboard navigation go to Booking Options > Sell tickets.

2 Select tickets

In the dropdown list select the number of tickets you want to sell to your customer, you can pick different ticket types if you wish. Once you have selected the tickets you can inform your customer of the total you will be charging them.


In the guest information screen enter their name and email address. The tickets will be sent to this email address so be sure to enter this carefully. Once you have entered the customer information select the Go to Payment button.


3 Payment

On the next screen enter the customer’s card information. We require the long card number, the expiry month and year, the customers postcode where the card is registered and the CVV number on the back of the card. OutSavvy accepts all major credit cards including AMEX, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. If there are any problems with the payment you will be informed otherwise you will receive a confirmation message and your tickets will be emailed to your customer and their name added to the guest list.
