How do I check in my customers?

You can check in your customers a few ways and how you do it is up to you.

 

1 A printed guest list

You may decide that you want to simply check in your customers using the guest list as they enter the event. To do this, either download your guest list from the portal or wait for your final guest list email to be sent to your admin email list. As your customers arrive you can cross off the customer from the list as they show their ticket from their print out or app.

 

2 An online guestlist

You can check-in your guests directly on the Partner Portal website. To do this browse your event on the My Events screen and select Manage Guests > Guest Management in the Dashboard menu. The full guestlist for your event is here in alphabetical order for your guest’s surname. Locate the guest you wish to check in, press the ticket icon in the list and from here you can toggle their check-in status.

Tip: OutSavvy emails the final guest list to you and sorts your guests by surname alphabetically. You can download the guestlist from the Partner Portal and choose how you want to sort your customers and also optionally include QR codes so you can scan guests directly from the guestlist.
