You can sell tickets on the door for your event through OutSavvy. Just change the on sale end date of your tickets as shown below. Customers can then book tickets on the app or on the website while your event is running.
1 Change the on-sale end date
You need to change the on-sale end date of your tickets to run past the start time of your event. You can set the off-sale end time of your tickets to any time up to the end time of your event. To do this go to Edit Tickets in the Dashboard for you event. Find the tickets you wish to sale on the door and select the Cog symbol. Change the On sale end date field to be any time up to your event date end time. You can see the end time of your event on the Edit dates screen or you will get an error message if you try to enter a date that is after your end time.
Dash App: Please note, it is no longer possible to sell tickets on the door via the Dash app. Due to payment changes with Strong Customer Authentication it is no longer possible to enter card details on behalf of a customer
