I didn't receive the guest list by email, what do I do?

The OutSavvy guest list will be sent to you once the off sale end date has passed for all your tickets. Even if the event sells out, the email will only be sent once these dates expired in case you wish to add more tickets. If the tickets are off sale and you have not received the sales email please check the following:

 

1 Junk folder

Check your junk folder in your mail client and ensure info@outsavvy.com is in your safe senders list.

 

2 Check your guestlist email list

Ensure that your email address is in the admin guestlist email list. You can check this by logging into the Partner Porta, clicking on the organiser icon in the top right hand corner of the screen and selecting Email Settings in the dropdown menu.

 

 

If you still do not have the guest list, you can download it directly from the partner portal by following the instructions and contact your account manager for more help.
