How do I get my guest list?

Once all tickets for your event are off-sale, all email addresses on your admin list will receive an automated email with your guest list attached. If your event has multiple dates you will receive an email with your guest list attached for each date.

 

 

You can also download the guest list from the Partner Portal. Just login, select the event from the My Events page and select Download guest list in the Manage Guests navigation. From here you can choose what field to sort the guest list by and if you want QR codes to appear on your guest list for scanning.  A PDF is downloaded with your full guest list for your event. You may need to download extra software to open the PDF file.
