You can change the price of your tickets at any time on OutSavvy. If an order is currently being processed while you change the price of the ticket, the customer will pay the price of the ticket at the time they added the ticket to their basket.
1 Go to the Edit your tickets page
If you want to change the price of an existing ticket type go to the My Events page in the top navigation and select the event. Navigate to the EventDetails > Edit Tickets page in the Dashboard navigation.
2 Edit the price
Locate the tickets you wish to change and select the Edit tickets button (the gear). There are a number of options available to edit. Find the price field and enter your new price. The OutSavvy fees are automatically calculated and shown by the price field. Change the price and select EDIT TICKET for the change to go live.
