If you need to take a specific ticket type off sale there are a couple ways you can do so.
1 On sale end date
You can set the ticket on sale end date when you create the ticket to end the sale at a specific time. After the date has passed customers will no longer be able to purchase this ticket type. If there are other tickets live, the event will remain live with the other ticket types on sale.
2 Remove from sale immediately
If you need to remove a ticket type from sale firstly select the event on the My Events page. Navigate to Event Details > Edit Tickets in the Dashboard navigation. Find the tickets from the list and click on the remove tickets cross. Toggle the checkbox and select the Edit On-Sale Status button to remove the tickets from sale. If there are no other live tickets the event will also be off sale.
