How can I manage users?

If you require multiple accounts on OutSavvy it is really simple to add more. Either click on the Add/Manage Users link by clicking on the organiser icon in the top right hand corner of the screen or follow the link here. You will need to be logged in to access this page and have admin rights on your account. Here you can remove existing users or change their access rights. To add a new user click on the Add User button at the bottom of the screen.

 

1 Check the user exists

The user you are trying to add may already have an OutSavvy account so here you can check if they already exist in the system. 

 

2 Set-up the user

If the user does not already have an OutSavvy account you can set one up on the next screen. Just enter their details and password, set-up their access rights and confirm to add the user. You can now send them their access details so they can either log into the partner portal or the partner app.

 

3 Set-up access

If the user already has an OutSavvy account you can give them access to your partner portal or partner app. Just select the rights and when the user logs into the partner portal or app they will have access to the ticketing account.
