What is my customer doesn't keep up with their Payment Plan?

Before each payment is due your customer will receive an email with details of how to make the next payment on their Payment Plan.

If they fail to make the payment before the deadline OutSavvy will send another reminder and give them two extra days to make the payment, If they still fail to keep up with the payments on the Payment Plan then their tickets will be cancelled and put back on sale and they will lose your deposit.
