It is really easy to activate ticket Resell. Just browse to the Ticket Resell page in the Dashboard menu for your event under the Waiting List sub menu.
Each event date is shown along with the status of Ticket Resell. If you have sold all your tickets and Ticket Resell is not active, you will see a Make Resell Active button to the right of the date. Click the button and read the instructions carefully. At this point if you haven’t done so already you will need to set your Waiting List ticket price and group together tiered tickets. Once happy click the Activate Ticket Resell button and Ticket Resell will be active up until the end date of your Waiting List when you will be sent the final Guest List.
